Sputter the sea creature

I wanted to join Hardy Fowler's monthly challenge, this month was focused on fantasy creature, but I got way to hung up on the fact that it was a challenge. I quickly realised that I just had to try to enjoy myself en flow a bit more organically through the proces. This guy is the end result!
